By downloading or using Habit Battery ("the app") you agree to these terms.

Who we are

The app is provided by HTI Software and Consultancy BV, Kwadeveldenstraat 30, 2170 Antwerp (Merksem), Belgium — enterprise number 1024.112.142 (VAT BE 1024.112.142) ("we", "us"). Contact: info@htisoftware.com.

1. What the app is

Habit Battery is a personal habit tracker. It is a motivational tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. If you are dealing with health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app or its artwork.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged to your App Store or Google Play account. You can cancel anytime in your store account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Promotional offers — including the launch-week free Lifetime gift and the "founder" reward (a free year of Premium, or a discounted Lifetime, for fully lighting up the room) — are limited-time, one per person, non-transferable, carry no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Your data

All app data is stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping a backup if you want to keep your history when switching or resetting devices. We cannot recover data that was only stored on a lost device.

5. Fair use

Please do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or its in-app economy. Virtual items (Volts, rooms, cosmetics) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the app.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
